It was clean and friendly. Restrooms were located very conveniently for travelers with little ones.
I was in this store on 8/3/17 that morning I was in and the young woman was very sweet, that was at8:37am. I was on my way to freeman hospital in joplin for a dye test on my gallbladder, the day before I had a spinal tap. So on the way back from my tests stopped for a fountain drink at about 1pm, there was a woman and young man tending the registers, I started feeling so I'll I was about to black out, I had to lay my head on the counter right in front of him to keep from going to the floor, I've never done that in my life. He did not even have the decency to ask if I was alright? I. come in that store every time I travel to Joplin and have never met an employee so rude, when a disabled old woman is so sick she has to do that to keep from passing out on the floor and he did not even have the common decency to ask about her welfare? This is sad that someone could be so calous to another human. He works in the public? There is a Pete's in Eldorado Springs where I live and shop in almost everyday, I & my friend were mortified that someone like that works in a public place! I had to be helped to the car by my friend then she returned to finsh my purchase for me and he still never said a word. This is disgraceful, I've never seen an employee like that in your store and I've been there hundreds of times!!!
